Our History and What We do

Since 1972 Carpetile has been a national distributor of promotional carpet tile products. We buy over-runs, discontinued colors, special orders and seconds from many of the major U.S. mills. These include Milliken, Interface, and Lees among others. We buy by the truckload and sell either individual colors/pattern or in volume. We provide you with samples of our stock for your individual requirements. Prices are usually half those of major mills. We can supply carpet in very small to very large yardage. There are no minimum purchase requirements. And Carpetile accepts all major credit cards.

Who Uses Carpet Tiles and Why?

Unlike broadloom, which must be installed and removed in large, cumbersome sections, carpet tile allows for easy, inexpensive installation and removal. If a section becomes worn or damaged you only need replace the small section. It's quick, easy and cost effective.

Carpet tile has long been used in commercial and institutional applications. For example in offices, office buildings and hospitals. Carpet tile is the best floor covering choice for high traffic areas because it is easily replaced and only the worn tiles need to be removed and replaced, eliminating the need to completely replace the entire floor covering. Today the use of carpet tile has expanded into many other areas.

Carpet tile is routinely used in many schools, nursing homes, daycares and in many residential home projects. You will see carpet tile in; school classrooms & gymnasiums, athletic clubs, bowling alleys, museums, art galleries, golf clubs, sports stadiums, skating rinks, modular buildings, basements, recreation rooms, sun rooms and even in kitchens, bathrooms, garages and the list goes on!
