Product Shipment Information

Due to the size and weight of carpet tiles, we must ship via freight lines. Having said this, we cannot offer online order tracking. To track your order, please call 800-443-7888 and one of our friendly sales people will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Warranties

If you have a problem with a product you have purchased, please let us know by calling 800-443-7888

If you do, in fact, have a problem with a product we offer the following resolutions:

  1. If the product was purchased through us as a RUNNING LINE product and was ordered from the manufacturer, you have the FULL manufacturer warranty and we will do everything we can to help you resolve the matter with the manufacturer.
  2. If the product was purchased through us from our IN-STOCK INVENTORY, then it is SOLD AS-IS.
  3. If the product has the manufacturer warranty, you MUST have followed all of the procedures required by the manufacturer for the warranty to be in force.
  4. Thank you for your business and we will go to whatever lenghs neccessary to ensure that your questions or concerns are answered and resolved in a fair and timely manner.
