Product Shipment Information
Due to the size and weight of carpet tiles, we must ship via freight lines. Having said this, we cannot offer online order tracking. To track your order, please call 800-443-7888 and one of our friendly sales people will assist you in tracking your shipment.
There are certain times, as with orders under 20 square yards, where we can ship via UPS and we will provide you a tracking number at the time of purchase. If you do not receive a tracking number, please call 800-443-7888 and one of our friendly sales people will assist you with tracking your shipment.
Warranties
If you have a problem with a product you have purchased, please let us know by calling 800-443-7888 or emailing us at info@carpetile.com and your sales representative will get back to you in a timely manner.
If you do, in fact, have a problem with a product we offer the following resolutions:
- If the product was purchased through us as a RUNNING LINE product and was ordered from the manufacturer, you have the FULL manufacturer warranty and we will do everything we can to help you resolve the matter with the manufacturer.
- If the product was purchased through us from our IN-STOCK INVENTORY, then we offer our IN-HOUSE 90-DAY warranty which is outlined below:
- If the product you purchased is FIRST QUALITY MATERIAL and has failed due to normal wear, and we have more of the product IN-STOCK, we will REPLACE the product.
- If the product you purchased is FIRST QUALITY MATERIAL and has failed due to normal wear, and we DO NOT have the same product IN-STOCK, we will provide you with an acceptable replacement.
- If the product you purchased has failed due to negligence, then all warranties are VOID.
- If the product you purchased is an over run, discontinued or second, then it is SOLD AS-IS.
- Your products quality will be determined at time of purchase.
To find out if the product you have an issue with is covered by warranty, then:
- If the product has the manufacturer warranty, you MUST have followed all of the procedures required by the manufacturer for the warranty to be in force.
- If the product has the CARPETiLE, Inc. warranty, then our staff will work with you to determine whether the product will be covered by our warranty.
Thank you for your business and we will go to whatever lenghs neccessary to ensure that your questions or concerns are answered and resolved in a fair and timely manner.
